Bellingen Potters Collective
There’s plenty happening at Bellingen Potters Collective over the coming months, with a fresh line-up of workshops, guest potters and special arts weekends to look forward to.
The relaxed Saturday afternoon workshops, held from 4–6:30pm, continue with three creative sessions coming up: Coloured Clay on 26 September, Carve a Pendant Light on 17 October, and Handbuilding on 14 November, where participants can make something unique for Christmas. The workshops are welcoming and relaxed — a chance to slow down, get hands into clay and create something truly personal.
If you have an idea for a workshop, let them know. They may be able to run one especially for your group, with a minimum of 6 people.
From September through to January, both front windows will showcase a fabulous line-up of guest potters. With a changing selection of makers and styles, there will be plenty of variety in store and always something new to discover.
November will be an especially exciting month as they take part in the Bello Arts Trail and Australian Ceramics Open Studios weekend on 7–8 November. It’s a wonderful opportunity to get out and about, meet local makers and celebrate the creativity of the region.
